How to export a CSV, TXT, JSON, XML generating a link to provide to your contacts

The export of your Connecteed database, whether with modification rules applied or without data alteration, can take place, as seen in the dedicated sections, in CSV, XLS, TXT or JSON format.

The files generated by Connecteed can be provided to third parties in different ways, such as by sending via e-mail, deployment via FTP or SFTP, or by sending static links (which do not change structure over time) to be provided to third parties.

The links will have a root https://files.connecteed.com/download/ and a remainder of the web address that will define the unique ID of the file.

EXAMPLE of a link: https://files.connecteed.com/download/OHlMmk3E4WjUzcEzTjlFM1RKM0cvcjh4SjlnPQ==.csv

Each export channel of your database will have a unique ID that will not change over time and which will allow anyone who knows the address to immediately download the file.

How and when is the file exportable via link generated?

The file is generated at the time of the scheduled import (or launched manually using the "Start" option in the export line).

Accessing the file will therefore not start the process of importing, processing, altering (via rule manager) and exporting the updated file. Accessing the file will produce a download of the photograph of the file generated the last time the scheduled import of the project was started (see "project scheduling").
